I have lived in WEXFORD FOR 35 years...... I cannot say enough about Jim's responsiveness and quality of work.... I had pinhole leaks in my copper pipes...called him Saturday AM - he called back same day - came out SUNDAY afternoon to fix the problem.... I recommend without hesitation ..... 5 stars without question!

Mr. Bucci is very great at what he does he was half the price of Roto Rooter and doesn't fix what doesn't need fixing only what needs to be done he is very honest and fair and has great communication as well. Will definitely use again if needed.

What an amazing guy, he came out immediately no question asked and replaced my hot water tank. Best part was he was the fastest eta and was around $600.00 cheaper than the other plumbers I reached out to. The others also gave me a 1 week wait to even come and assess the situation. A+++++++ Business! Will call on them again and again! Also while here he went above and beyond for me. He took an extra minute to address a slow draining tub. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble call this company first!!!!

Jimmie was responsive, a great communicator, on time, very personable& professional! He understands that you are paying for his time and does not take advantage of that by being efficient all wile proving very high quality work. I will never call anyone else. In addition because he works so efficiently his pricing is equally as beneficial to the customer - very reasonable.

Great service, fair pricing, and great communication. Jim showed up when he said he would (and even called ahead of time to keep me updated on his ETA), was thorough and efficient doing the work, and walked us through our options every step of the way as we were dealing with what could have potentially ended up being a pretty big issue. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely call him again!

I called Bucci Advanced plumbing. Because I was having a problem with my drains. He was easy to talk with, professional, and had a lot of knowledge to help me understand what was going on with the drains. He came out the same day and cleaned out the drains. I will use him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!

I had one cold shower, called Bucci Advanced Plumbing and was treated like their greatest priority. The owner installed my new water heater AND repaired the previous MESS of a chimney. I could not be happier with my experience.

Absolutely awesome and very quick service! We have been searching and searching for a plumber for weeks! We finally found out about his service just yesterday and he came and gave us an estimate within a couple of hours. Then, today he came and did all of the work! I can't tell you how pleased we are with everything! From the quality of the work to the quality of his customer service! We had numerous gas line and plumbing issues that he serviced in a quick amount of time, and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to inform us what he was doing and why, and didn't leave us in the dark about anything! So, there weren't any surprises after all was said and done. 100% would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

This guy's a lifesaver my business only has one toilet for employees and the public. It had a crack the whole way down the side Mr Bucci showed up exactly when he said he would fix the problem so quickly and so reasonably I couldn't even imagine a plumber taking such great care the new toilet worked better than ever and there was no trace of him ever being there if he made a mess at all I'm not aware of it.

Frozen pipes... service was quick and resulted in a completely positive outcome... professional and friendly and very knowledgeable and informative ... I highly recommend!
